Posted November 17, 2018 16:23:08 German film producer Christoph Moltke has admitted he is not afraid to be stuck in a “prison” for years after quitting the industry.

“I’ve been a very lucky man,” Mr Mrotkis chief executive, Christoph B. Moltkes, told the Sydney Morning Herald.
“It’s been quite a long journey for me.”
Mr Mrotkes’ story has been widely reported, with the Australian Financial Review reporting the filmmaker has racked up $US2.4 million in legal fees.
He told the paper that he is no longer in a position to earn a living from the business, but is still struggling to find employment.
“As far as I can tell, I have been trapped in a place where the whole point of working is to be a journalist, so I am not going to be able to earn money,” Mr C.M. said.
“There are only so many jobs that I can do, and so far I have had to rely on the support of my family and friends.”
What’s happened is that I’ve had to put in a lot of work in order to survive, which has put a lot on my shoulders.
“Mr C.C. has also been the subject the $US600,000 lawsuit filed by a New South Wales woman who alleged Mr Moltkis sexually harassed her in 2015, leading to a year-long battle with the filmmaker over the settlement.”
In a very short time, I’ve become one of the most famous people in Australia, and I have a lot to prove,” Mr. C. C said.
Mr Moltkees lawyers had initially tried to settle the case out of court, but he was eventually granted leave to pursue the case himself.
The director has been in court on multiple occasions over the past three years.
The director said he had to make decisions about which films to make and which not to make in order for the industry to survive.”
We have to make the most money possible, and it’s a business,” he said.”[And] I’ve worked very hard to make a film that will go on to be successful.
“Mr. Mrotks case is one of a number of recent examples of a film-maker being accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women, including a woman whose former partner accused him of “frightening and intimidating” her and allegedly forced himself on her in front of other employees.”
They [the women] have all said, ‘I was shocked that you were so abusive’,” Mr M.
Mr M. C also spoke about how his film has been heavily criticised for failing to include the experiences of the women.”
A lot of women I work with are not very well educated.
And when they speak, it’s not in a way that’s really helpful to me, because I don’t have their full stories,” he told the newspaper.”
You just hear, ‘This is what I’ve done, this is what my family went through’.
