A copyright owner can make a number of claims, including:• A copyright infringer’s failure to pay royalties• The infringer fails to comply with a compulsory license agreement• The infringement caused significant damage to the original owner• The infringing party is an intermediary that is acting on behalf of the copyright owner or a third party.
